Help on Burrowing Owls

I found a Burrowing Owl burrow and would like to report it to the right place at WDFW but don't know where to go on their website. Any one want to tell me where to go? (Probably everybody....) I understand they are doing a nesting census (is that the right term?).

At any rate, the burrow has five owls and is just outside of Finley. Take Highway 397 from Pasco across the Cable Bridge into Kennewick and continue on into Finley. Go to the end of 397 ( 6 miles?) where it will automatically turn right and become Piert Road. You will be going uphill in a sourtherly direction. Continue until you get through the orchard (about a mile, I'd guess).About 100 yards past the last of the orchard you will see the burrow on the left. You will be looking down across a little canyon valley and can't miss the burrow. I have seen them twice and both times have been around 7 pm.

I am leaving for Idaho for the next one to two weeks and would like it if someone in the know would pass this on to WDFW.

Thanks.
