like to report a BLACK-BILLED MAGPIE near Woodland. It was along the
dike road, along the lower end of the Lewis River, just west of the

297-3234. I am at Discovery Park, it's about 2:30, and the SNOWY OWL
that was reported by Matt Bartels earlier this morning is still here in
the south meadow of Discovery Park on one of the buildings here,
