Hey Tweeters,

This afternoon around 2:30 there was a SNOWY OWL in a about half way up a large spruce at the northeast corner of 45th and 17th Avenue NE. That is the intersection the main entrance to University of Washington campus on the north end, near the Burke Museum. Pretty strange location for a Snowy, and certainly a surprise to see one in the middle of the U-District. Doubtful that it will stay there long, but a sign that they are everywhere!

Cheers,
