About my idle browsing:

I was just browsing on the eBird system, sort of reminiscing in the SE Arizona area, where I was once stationed. I noticed, on the Chihuahua side of the border, that someone reported a White-striped Woodcreeper among the more mundane species. Now that is getting very close to the US border. Has that species ever been reported in the USA, I wonder? I suspect that Animas Peak in New Mexico, for example, may have had such exotic visitors, without anyone being the wiser; maybe even an Imperial Woodpecker(?).

Happy browsing!
