Subject: [Tweeters] Discovery Park Snowy Owl

To respond to a request for more specific guidelines as to where the
public should or should not go near the historic federal housing located
within Discovery Park hopefully these directions will help. The
boundaries of the federal property within Discovery Park near where the
owl is roosting are: California Ave on the east side is open to the
public. Iowa on the south and Oregon on the north are also open to the
public although for courtesy sake staying off of Iowa would be
preferable. Please do not enter Washington Avenue on the west side of
the homes or Oklahoma east of the homes. The boundaries are clearly
signed and when in doubt use common sense and respect the residents just
as if you were in any other neighborhood.
And of course the good news is that the owl is back and very visible
today! See you in the park.
