I was unable to open the attachment to your message, and I suspect that
no one else could open it either.

Could you please send it to TWEETERS again, but included within the body
of your message, rather than as an attachment? Strictly speaking,attachments
are not supposed to be sent to TWEETERS.

I'm interested in the fate of the Whatcom Museum bird collection, and
in what the museum staff had to say about it.
