Greetings All

Krider's Red-tailed Hawk has yet to be fully documented in Washington. There
are reports annually, and all those photographed have proven to be light-phase
Harlan's Hawks (or at least once, an albinistic Red-tailed).

Brian Wheeler, who is the raptorphile that has written several books on
falconiformes and lives in Colorado, doubts there is even a valid report for e.
Colorado.

Unfortunately, even in Brian's excellent tomes, information available on
light morph Harlan's is imperfect.
