It has been a while, since I last posted(years). Just a follow up on Gene
Hunn's post on the eider. I also saw the bird in question. Gene's
observations track pretty closely with mine. I have not seen one in the
past, so I do not bring Gene's experience. I can only say that the distant
bird did not match with any of the waterfoul I am used to seeing in that
area. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
