Subject: [Tweeters] Finally a Snowy Owl

Hi Tweets,
With the irruption of Snowy Owls occurring all across the state I was
feeling somewhat left out. Finally Barb and I located what appears to be a
mature female bird south of Moses Lake. The bird was located west of Road K
SE, sitting on an irrigation rill.
We were unable to re-locate the Bullock's Oriole seen on the Moses Lake CBC,
but were able to easily locate the Eurasian Collared-Dove flock. There were
9 of them while we observed.
Cheers
