I have not had Pine Siskins for several months and have been very interested in the Tweeters' discussion on Pine Siskins.

My kitchen window looks out on my bird feeding area, and as I was making cookies, a flock of Pine Siskins descended to my feeders. There were upwards of 75. They stayed for about 10 minutes and were off again. Even the juncoes seemed happy to see them.

I have also had a lone California Quail at my feeders for several days.
