A snowy owl was spotted in downtown Bellevue yesterday (Wed) at 3:00
p.m. on the First Mutual building across from Skyline tower at 4th and
109th. The owl was perched there for a couple hours at least. My friend
who works at Skyline e-mailed me to report it.
