The male Baikal Teal is still being seen in Lompoc, Santa Barbara County,
CA. It's a great-looking bird, discovered by Wes Fritz, Lompoc. I saw it on
12/18 while visiting family in Lompoc. Quite a sight.
FYI, Santa Barbara County features several sites of the 4-county Central
California Birding Trail.
