Tweets,
Today at around 1430 I had a single Tree Swallow
just west of the visitor's center at Nisqually along
the McAllister Creek trail. It was hunting over the
first two pools on the north side of the trail. This
seemed a little late (or early depending on which
direction it came from I suppose) for this species.
Also had a single Greater White-fronted Goose,
juvenile Northern Shrike, male American Kestrel,
Lincoln's Sparrow, and an American Bittern among
others.
The Peregrine was in its usual spot in the fir
tree as well.

Good Birding,
Matt Pike
