The Gyrfalcon was again at the West 90 on Samish Island Road two and three
telephone poles west from the turn in the road. Another nice treat was a male
Ring-necked Pheasant 100 meters the other way from the turn.

Lots of birders and lots of raptors... Northern Harriers, Red-tailed Hawks
and Bald Eagles.

On the way out, saw four Bald Eagles in a tree just outside Edison.

On Saturday, we went to look for the Redwing in Olympia and, thanks to the
radios, we found a few other birders so it was easy to coordinate efforts.
Unfortunately, we could spend only a few hours with no luck finding the bird.
