Hi,

On Sunday morning the Cape May Warbler was showing really well. A brilliant
bird. The house owner Al made us all very welcome. He said that all who
had tried for the warbler had seen it. The bird has been around for about 6
weeks but has only recently been positively identified

However he did say he was leaving on a trip for a couple of weeks from next
weekend and was uncertain, if not doubtful, that access to his back yard
would be possible.

It is unlikely that the bird could be seen from the road if its current
habits persist.

Other highlights of the trip include on Saturday late afternoon - a few
Grey-crowned Rosy-finches at Vantage, along Huntzinger Road - this is the
3rd year we have these birds at this location in winter months.

We also managed to twitch the male Tufted Duck at Perch Point, Potholes
Reservoir on our way back from Spokane.
