Hello,

I located the Black Phoebe again today at Vancouver Lake Park at 9:30 am. The
bird was very close to the same spot that I found it on Sunday, but today it
was using the bathroom building near the playground for it's perch. My poor
attempt at digi-scoping seems to at least have produced an acceptable picture of
it. I'll try and figure out how to post it so people can take a look.

I tried yesterday very early in the morning and again in the late afternoon
with no success. The bird was wary of me today and eventually flew off in a SE
direction towards the lake. With a sometimes high amount of people and dog
traffic in the area, it may be best to try and view it earlier in the morning
before it gets busy. Good luck!
