Subject: [Tweeters] Pink-footed Geese in Nova Scotia

Tweeters, I know this has little to do with current WA birds, but I noticed
in the Nova Scotia RBA that they sighted 3 Pink-Footed Geese a few days ago.

. Not sure what impact that will have on the WA record, but every sighting
may help to show a future pattern (though we're quite a ways from Nova
Scotia!). Interesting stuff.
Also about the Great Tit on Vashon, from what I understand these are often
kept in captivity. I remember reading that the Great Lakes region has had
quite a few records in the past 5 years or so (along with E. Goldfinch and
others) and I think they have even been documented as having nested in
Wisconsin.
