I have just returned from my fantastic trip to the Pacific NW. Thanks
to all of your help, I was able to get a tally of exactly 100 different
species of birds, including 19 life birds. They are:

- Brant (I know they're easy, I just never got around to seeing one
before) - Port Townsend 2/15

- Tundra Swan - Skagit Flats 2/14

- Eurasian Wigeon - Nisqually NWR 2/13

- Barrow's Goldeneye - Tacoma 2/16

- Cackling Goose - Coburg, OR & Nisqually NWR 2/12 and 2/13

- FALCATED DUCK (OR) (by the way, if you haven't seen it yet, and you
want to, I suggest you go pretty soon, because the manager is thinking
of closing it down because of some bad birders) - Coburg, OR 2/12

- YELLOW-BILLED LOON (concluded after EXTENSIVE analysis from other
photos) Port Townsend 2/15

- GYRFALCON (2nd year male, probably) West 90, Samish Flats 2/14

- Mew Gull - everywhere)

- Thayer's Gull - Gog-li-he-ti, probably spelled wrong) 2/16

- Marbled Murrelet - Whidbey Island 2/15

- Barred Owl - "Poplar Plantation", Samish Flats 2/14

- Northern Shrike - Nisqually NWR 2/13

- "Northwestern Crow" - probably around Port Townsend 2/15

- Winter Wren - Whidbey Island 2/15

- Golden-crowned Kinglet - Everywhere

- Varied Thrush - Deception Pass SP, Whidbey Island 2/15

- Golden-crowned Sparrow - Nisqually NWR 2/14, Marymoor Park 2/17

- Purple Finch - Nisqually NWR 2/13

Other excellent birds included Hutton's Vireo, American Wigeon,
Red-throated Loon, Great-horned Owl, Long-tailed Duck, and Peregrine

An excellent trip overall, and I'm almost certainly coming again.

Uncountable thanks again to all who gave me help, it was only a
successful trip because of your info and help.
