COASST (Coastal Observation and Seabird Survey Team) documented its first
dead Horned Puffin in Washington State along South Surfside beach on the
Long Beach Peninsula.

Volunteers Linda Bierma and Susan Clark found, photographed and measured
the bird (a basic-plumaged adult) on January 24th, 2005.
