Yesterday while working in the yard two turkey vultures soared overhead,
taking a leisurely journey north from here. I'm not too far from the south
'heel/ankle' end of Hood Canal.

Thanks so those that send recommendations re bino repair. Since mine are no
longer under warranty I'll try Close Scientific Repair in Seattle before
mailing these to the Canon service center in California.
Spring is not the time one's binoculars should misbehave.
