Dennis Duffy and I had 2 Taverner's Cackling Geese in with a few WF Geese,
moffitti Canada Geese, and couple "Who Knows?" Cackling/Canada Geese at Oak
Harbor on 12 Dec 2004.

I don't believe I've seen Cackling Goose previously on Whidbey.
