While birding this weekend Fred Parent and I discovered a fairly
decomposed dead bird that we believe was an immature Double Crested
Cormorant at the Ocean Shores Jetty. It's right leg was banded with
zip-ties colored Purple, Green, then White. Does anyone know who I
should contact that might be interested in this information?
