Actually, the zipties mentioned refer to the number of the bird, indicated
by the colors of the ties. Purple is 8, green is 4 and white is 0. That is
off of the area "owned" by Kathleen Wolgemuth and her parties...from Beach
St access on the south to Marine View Dr on the north..in Ocean Shores, Wa.

The fact it was found at the jetty, in my area, where my birds have ties
beginning with brown or the 700 series of numbers IS one of the things we
are interested in. I have the jetty north to Beach St., which is about 1/4
mile north of the jetty.
