Robert Reidl and I saw the duck with two male ring necks at the east
side of Phantom lake between 10 and 10:30 there is a small park at the
end of SE 16th st (I live a block away) which you can scan from, but
trees obscure some views. We were fortunate enough to be welcomed by a
neighbor friend of Robert's to use her dock, were we had great views of
the eastern most cove. I have pictures, which are not great as the bird
was back lit but do show the tuft. I don't have a web site but I can
mail them to anyone who is interested.
