I was at Phantom Lake from 0830 - 0900 this morning and did not see the Tufted Duck. I scoped the lake from both the west end and northeast public accesses. There were a lot of American Wigeon, Double-crested Cormorants, Bufflehead and a few Ring-necked Ducks, Pied-billed Grebes, one Common Merganser and one male Common Goldeneye., and of course some Mallard.
