I've got a new spot to check out for you tweeters who are thinking about
going after Tufted Duck this weekend. It's a block south and around the
corner from the park on the northeast side of the lake that Gil Tabori
so accurately described yesterday. Take the dead end 17th street off
of 168th to it's dead end. No public access here, and you can only see
a tiny bit of the lake from the road. The view is usually going to be
into the sun. However, what it did have going for it at 2:25 this
(Friday) afternoon was a small group of Ring-necks and a Tufted Duck.
