13:32 start - water level quite high with no mudflats visible (12:36
high - 11.5ft; 20:24 low - (-)1.9ft)
13:57 end

Tweeters,
Cloud layered, cool (not cold), with a slight northerly breeze as can be
verified by the aircraft taking off from SeaTac and flying over Turning
Basin #3. A bit of a chop on the water, and few birds out during this
scan. A local PEREGRINE FALCON landed on the west-bank power tower (Hamm
Creek) at 13:53 - first observance this year.

Birds seen during this scan include the following:
Domestic goose
Common Goldeneye
Double-crested Cormorant (2)
Peregrine Falcon
Glaucous-winged Gull (12)
Rock Pigeon (37)
American Crow (14)
House Finch

May all your birds be identified,
