My apologies for repeating this post linking to my husband's nature films,
but no sooner had I sent the first post when our new ISP's website was hacked.
(How's that for bad karma??) Clearly, many of you were unable to view the
films. So I wanted to let you know that we received notice that *apparently* the
problems have been resolved. Please do try again if you're interested.

For those who were able to view the films, thank you so much for your kind
comments. I will briefly address some of your questions.

Steven is a graphic artist by profession, but filmmaking is his passion. He
is also a musician, which accounts for the flawless timing of sound with the
images in his films.

Regarding the Pileated Woodpecker and the Varied Thrush in "A Magical Fall",
you'd think Steven was sitting in the apple tree with them given the
closeness of the shots, but he got lucky. :) They were filmed from our son's bedroom
window. The birds "dashing" from atop the tree are indeed Pine Siskins, and
yes, that adorable Otter is a resident of Pine Lake, though it's likely he
travels every now and again. We had two in our yard just yesterday. We love
watching them.

Thanks for your kind words, and again, my apologies to those who tried but
were unable to see the films. Please do let us know if you continue to have
difficulties.
