The tufted duck was at Phantom Lake today, 40-50 yards from the pier on the west end of the lake, from about 1:00-2:00 p.m., and was still there when I left. He was with a couple ring-necked ducks for a while, flew off to the other end of the lake, then returned about 15 minutes later, alone.
