Have Evening Grosbeaks disappeared from the cityscape?

I used to have them drop into my yard every once in a while every year
from 1991-1998, but I haven't seen one now since Nov 1998.

Are others in Seattle and other cities, or for that matter out n the
country, still seeing them? This is a hard bird to census and could be
another that declined more than people realized.
