I have had a few unusual birds for winter in my garden in the past week, one of which I cannot identify:

UNIDENTIFIED: Feeding very briefly with Dark-eyed Juncos and about the same size, white head/shoulders with black uneven blobs on head to light gray undersides and medium gray wings. Didn't have camera out in time to get photo and have not seen it since. Any suggestions?

UNUSUAL AND FIRST TIME SEEN IN WINTER: (Of course they may have come when I wasn't watching.)
Downy Woodpecker
Varied Thrush
Pacific-Slope Flycatcher

I have only seen any of them one time so far.
