A quick note to David and others involved in whatever took place in
Olympia today. Rest assured that all birders, no matter what their
nationality or persuasion, are welcome at the Redwing site and anywhere
else. As long as we all make an effort to watch birds ethically, we
should be able to get along. I don't know the details of today's
incident. The story disturbs me.
