Interesting. I have seen hybrid Mallards of all sorts of colors, but this one is really odd. I wonder if it is a leucistic or amelonistic issue or what? Tan is definitely off coloration, and the head coloration is way off for Mallard. Not saying I doubt you, just raising more questions. Thanks.
