Seen on Jan/2005 at Bosque del Apache NWR in New Mexico south of San Antonio
New Mexico.
It was no larger than 4".
Fluttered about from branch to branch at about 7' to 10'.
My guess is that it is a Lucy's Warbler or a Virgina's Warbler.
