Hi Tweeters,

Today at approximately 11:45 AM I saw the BAIKAL TEAL for all of about
5 seconds. It was a short but very good look which made the two hours
of standing in the rain worth it (at least it was warm today). I needed
to leave at 12:00, so I don't know if the 5 or 6 other birders there
were able to relocate it. It was in the central north-south channel of
the ponds. The water seemed very high and many of the teals were
swimming among the willows that were submerged making viewing
difficult.
