This morning 10 birders from the E. Lake WA Audubon visited the Tukwila Ponds, Kent Ponds and nearby Boeing Pond. We did not see the Baikal Teal. Some of the better birds of the 44 we saw were: 2 Bald Eagles - 2 Northern Harrier - 1 Cooper's Hawk - 3 Red-tailed Hawks - 1 American Kestrel - 1 Peregrine Falcon and a Northern Shrike at Kent Ponds. There were fewer ducks than usual. We saw a Myrtle's Yellow-rumped Warbler at Tukwila Ponds, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and Bushtits as well as Canvasbacks, Ruddy Ducks, Northern Shoveler and other ducks. At the Boeing Pond we added Green-winged Teal and Lesser Scaup.
