My wife and I joke about carrying the library: butterfly, dragonfly,
mushroom, bird, track, flowers, seashell, reptile& amphibian field guides.
We laugh about getting a llama just to haul all the reference material! Then
there's the "Possibles Bag" ( a term used by the mountain men) that we keep
in the car that has collecting jars, forceps, spare notebooks, etc.....
That's the great thing about being a naturalist: there is always something
to look at, listen to, touch, taste or smell.
