for those of you with too much time on your hands, OR for those of you who
would like to know where a place is BEFORE heading out, including pertinent
land marks and/or directions, google has provided a tool that can help in
both regards... it's a time-saver and time-waster in one smart and free
package, named GoogleEarth...

i, for one, would like to post location files (KML or KMZ format) here on
tweeters to locate specific birds or parks in a way that's much easier than
"you go down to where that tree burned down 18 years ago, near where becky
thornfleeler broke her hip?" types of directions...

if you would like to take part, i'd be willing to be a repository for such
sites/files, and more than happy to email my current (bare-base) google
earth points for wenas, juanita bay park, marymoor, log boom, union bay,
edmonds marsh and brackett's landing, and two heronries... i know i'm
missing tons of places, and some of these locations are nothing more than
"this is where the trail starts", but the product has only been out two
days, and i've been working most of those two :)

let me know if there's interest in this... thanx :)
