The Colorado Rockies baseball team used to have an outfielder named
Hammonds. This of course made him a Hammond's Flycatcher in the Colorado
Rockies; the perfect habitat for the species. As a birder AND baseball fan,
I was totally bummed out when he was traded to another team.
