Yes and yes. It is mostly a reprint of the 1997 edition, but with an updated
Idaho checklist (which is already a bit out of date), updated phone numbers,
and some minor tweaking on several of the sites. If you already have a copy,
I wouldn't necessarily recommend you buy another. If you've been hounding me
for a couple of years for a copy, here's your chance.
