Subject: [Tweeters] Help with Nesting Junco !

Dear Tweets,

I was formerly a subscriber a few years ago and have newly re-subscribed to
Tweeters to ask for advice about a Junco that is *presently* building a
nest inside a ventilation hole on the side of our roof. We thought we had
these all screened, but apparently not.

Normally this would be fine, but we are about 3-4 weeks away from getting a
new roof and when the old roof gets ripped up, it could be close to
hatching or there could be young ones unable to be moved.

We need to discourage this nesting before it's too late. Please, if you
have any advice on what we can do, I'd be most grateful.
