I don't know who to contact, but Ramblewood just outside Sequim is a really nice place to base some birding activities out of. I don't know if they can accommodate 45 people. I went over there in mid-September once with a Pilchuck Audubon group. We had a great time. It borders the state park and is about 4 miles from the casino on Rt 101.
