Subject: [Tweeters] White wagtails in Goat Rocks

My son and I were backpacking in the Goat Rocks area just below Packwood Pass (trail #86) at 7000+ feet elevation. We saw and heard quite a few white wagtails, some at quite close range. Altho this is a tundra habitat, the wagtails seem a bit out of their usual arctic range.
