Hi Tweets,

The LB Curlew was seen from the overwater platform at Luhr Beach this
morning at about 6:30 am. The bird was first noticed in flight and then
foraging up high on the Nisqually mudflats directly across from the
platform looking towards the center of the Nisqually refuge. After 10
minutes or so, it disappeared from view on foot into the grassy areas
adjacent and upland from the mudflat.

Nothing much else of note except for the beautiful morning, only two
Bonaparte's Gulls were evident, but the tide was low and the sun was
"wicked" looking towards the delta.
