Hi tweets,

this last week we have seen out in Commencement Bay over 100 Caspian terns, over 100 maybe 200 Bonaparte gulls. Having no luck with finding the Sabine's Gull at Nisqually earlier, I can now identify a juv Bonaparte. You win some you win some!

Saw 4 adult bald eagles, one juv eagle looking like he/she will be fully white headed really soon, and molting heavily. This bird was getting harassed by a group of very noise Caspian Terns. A Red-tailed Hawk. We got great looks at an adult Bald Eagle on the bank eating a fish. And three Belted Kingfishers doing what they do best.

I think that is it.

If you were arrested for being kind, would there be enough evidence to convict you?
