Hello All,
After this last weekends rush of birders into Walla Walla County and all the
great discoveries. We set out after I got home from work this afternoon and
located the following species near the Tyson/Iowa Beef ponds off Dodd Rd..

Long-billed Dowitcher......2 birds
Wilsons Phalarope.............5 birds
Red-necked Phalarope........1 bird, late record.

BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER..1 alt. plumaged adult. This is our first June record
in this county.

White-faced Ibis.........2 birds, still very uncommon here.
Am. Avocet.................37 birds..nesting
Black-necked Stilt.......28 birds..nesting
Forsters Tern................2 birds
