Mike Fleming and I spent a long weekend in Okanogan Co. Here's what we
found:

Least Flycatcher (2 in small roadside park on Cassimer Bar side of US97 &
Okanogan River)
Grashopper Sparrow (3 off Soap Lake Rd, 1.2mi off the intersection with
US97)
Williamson's Sapsucker (2 at Loup Loup CG)
Red Crossbill (a few at Loup Loup CG)
Common Poorwill (1 at Rock Ck CG)
Veery (10+ at Rock Ck CG, several at Sinlahekin WA)
Three-toed Woodpecker (6 along FR39: 1 at Roger Lake, 3 just north of
Tiffany Springs CG, 2 in burn area past the FR150 turnoff)
Boreal Chickadee (several along FR39: a few in a mixed flock descending from
Freezeout Pass, 3 at or below eye level from <15ft around North Twenty-Mile
Meadows)
Lewis's Woodpecker (4 off Toats Coulee Rd descending into the Sinlahekin
Valley)
Bobolink (1 off Loomis-Oroville Rd about 0.5mi north of its intersection
with Toats Coulee Rd, 1 in Cheesaw off Bolster Rd)
Gray Catbird (a few at Sinlahekin WA and Klein WA in Oroville)
Red-eyed Vireo (1 at Klein WA in Oroville)

We dipped on Clay-colored Sparrow at 3 locations (Ellemeham Draw west of
Oroville, Ninemile Rd west of Molson and on the Timentwa Flats), yet had
plenty of Brewer's, Vesper and Lark Sparrows at all 3. The highlight of the
trip was a couple of Spotted Owls seen on a Yakima Valley Audubon field trip
on Wednesday late afternoon.

On the way back home there was a cooperative Northern Pygmy-Owl at
Washington Pass some 300yds past the (closed) gate to the viewpoint.
