I spent the past 5 days in Walla Walla and did some birding along the Mill Run. Saw what looked almost like Brewers Blackbirds but the jizz just wasn't quite right. These birds were wading across the Run, picking grubs or such from the inch-or-so deep water where it runs over the concrete. I've heard that Rusty Blackbirds can be found in the area. Checked Sibley's and Nat'l Geo, and they look right, but would feel better if someone else has seen Rustys in this area. Suzanne
