Hello
I took a look at your photos after I saw some of the answers people gave.
Here are my own thoughts, followed by my degree of confidence in the ID and
finally some comments on the tougher ones (*).

10.) Cassin's Finch m, 100%
11.) Brown-headed Cowbird, 100%
12.) Western Wood-Pewee, 100%
13.) Western Wood-Pewee, 100%

16.) Olive-sided Flycatcher, 100%

#4: I guess some people thought wagtail because of the posture and the very
long tail, but wagtails are ground-dwelling birds that rarely sit in trees.
Yellow Wagtails are also very yellow at this time of year and all wagtails
have a bold white eyebrow. Say's Phoebes have cinnamon wingbars, rust
coloring on the vent, and a dark line through the eye. This is definitely a
wood-pewee.

#5: Very pale, white and grayish; slim with a long neck; essentially
unmarked white throat; sharp black in the tail.

#8: This bird gave me the most trouble, and it's the only one that I am not
completely sure of. The lighting seems to have caused the sides to be washed
out. But, I think the bold smudging on the undertail makes this an
Olive-sided.

#9: The rufous-red tail contrasting with brown wings is a conclusive Hermit
Thrush feature. It also has a bold eyering, which a Veery should mostly
lack.

Cheers
Charlie Wright
