Subject: [Tweeters] Raven at Shoreview Park

Today I spent about 2 hours birding at Shoreview Park in Shoreline, WA, and
encountered the usual suspects except that around 1 PM as I walked on a
trail through the woods, I was sure I heard the croak of a raven in the
midst of the cawing of crows. Looking up through the trees, all I saw in
the small clearings were crows flying overhead. About 45 min. later, as I
was returning to my car in the parking lot by the baseball fields, I heard
the raven again, and looked up to catch a glimpse of it being dive-bombed by
crows as it flew East over the tree line.

Good birding to all!
